The craftsmen at Benicia Foundry & Iron Works
take great pride in the quality and durability of our products.
Only the finest materials are used. In keeping with early tradition,
the manufacturing is done by skilled craftsmen. Each piece is
cut by hand, bent by hand, and each connecting joint is formed
by hand pouring molten metal into a mold.
Modern technology has not greatly affected the methods used
to produce Benicia products over time, except for one major
change. All Benicia products are finished with a polyurethane
powder coating. This baked-on finish far surpasses paint for
scratch and chip resistance and durability. Properly cared for,
this finish is guaranteed to last a long, long time.
